What’s included in an incentive travel package?

Every trip we organize is completely tailored to your team. We take care of everything in the destination: accommodation, local transport, meals, fun and engaging activities, and full on-site support throughout your stay. Flights aren’t included, but we’re happy to advise you on the best options.

Do you take care of everything from start to finish?

Yes, that’s exactly what we do. From the initial planning and bookings to full support on location, we handle it all. You get to focus on enjoying the trip with your team — we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on a few things, like the destination, trip duration, travel period, type of hotel and restaurants, preferred activities etc. We always book directly with our trusted providers; there are no intermediaries and this will save you a ton of money.

When should we start planning?

Ideally, we recommend starting 3 to 6 months in advance. That gives us enough time to book the best options and customize everything to fit your team’s needs, especially if you're planning to travel in a busy season.

What group sizes do you work with?

We usually organize trips for groups of 30 to + 150 people, but we’re just as happy to plan something special for a smaller executive team. Whether you're a big or smaller team, we’ll make sure experience is smooth, exciting, and tailored to your group.

Will someone from your team join us during our stay?

Yes, definitely. One or more of our team members will be on-site with you for the entire trip — from the moment you land to the moment you fly back. We’re there to handle the details, solve problems if they pop up, and make sure everything goes as planned.

Can we include business meetings or workshops in the program?

Of course! Many of our clients combine work and fun. We can set up meeting rooms, arrange the technical equipment you need, and find the right setting for presentations, workshops, or brainstorming sessions.
