About Nessout - Barcelona-Based Corporate Travel Experts
Nessout is a Barcelona-based incentive travel agency specializing in incentive trips, team building events, and company offsites across Spain.
When Mark Meesen, founder of Nessout, moved from Belgium to Barcelona, nearly 20 years ago, family and friends from back home would frequently visit. Mark would show them around: favourite corners, hidden spots, and tucked-away tapas bars only locals frequented.
Over time, friends of friends started asking to be guided around. Then friends of friends of friends. And just like that, our story began: guiding families, couples, and groups of friends through the best of Barcelona. Of course, many of our guests worked in companies. After a while, we started getting questions from past clients.
"I’m organizing an incentive trip with my team to Barcelona — can you help us plan it?"
So we did. And they loved it. That’s how Nessout (short for “business outings”) was born. Thanks to the people who had joined us for a personal tour and liked our approach.
The next year, these companies returned:
"We want to do another incentive trip. But not Barcelona this time. Can you bring us somewhere else?”

STEP 2 - Customized Proposal (Week 2-3) Within a week, you receive a complete program proposal with: - Destination advice (Barcelona, Mallorca, Valencia, etc.) - Hotel options matching your budget and style - Activity program tailored to your team - Restaurant suggestions - Complete day-by-day planning - Transparent pricing breakdown STEP 3 - Refine and Book (Week 3-6) We adjust the proposal together until it's perfect. Then we book everything directly with our trusted partners - no intermediaries, which saves money. STEP 4 - Preparation (Until departure) - Participant list management - Dietary requirements, allergies - we check everything - WhatsApp group for last-minute questions STEP 5 - Your Trip (The best days!) A Nessout team member is there from landing to departure. We ensure everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy.
