Ibiza Incentive Trip for 30-person team - Brainbridge

Brainbridge, a Belgian IT consultancy firm based in Antwerp, came to Ibiza with its 30-person team to celebrate the company’s success. We made sure they'd never forget it.
01. Hotel for Groups in Ibiza: Ocean Drive Talamanca
For accommodation, we chose the stylish boutique hotel Ocean Drive Talamanca right on the bay of Talamanca. It's one of the best locations in Ibiza for a corporate group: the hotel has a spectacular rooftop terrace with views over the sea and the old town skyline, and the neighbourhood puts you close to everything without being in the middle of the tourist crowds.
02. Arrival and First Evening in Ibiza
The group flew in from Eindhoven on Thursday evening. We met them at the airport and guided them through the busy terminal to the waiting coach that drove us to the hotel in 20 minutes.
After checking in and freshening up, we headed to the hotel rooftop for a cocktail dinner. In September, the air is still warm in Ibiza, and with beautiful views and the lights of Ibiza Town reflecting on the sea, colleagues chatted, laughed and connected over food and drinks. A great way to start the company trip to Ibiza!

03. Activities in Ibiza for Corporate Groups: Jetski, Sunset & More
Friday was built around the sea, and we started it fast.
The group set off on a jetski tour from Sant Antoni to Atlantis, a rocky cove on the southwest coast, only reachable by sea or a steep cliff path. Sun, sea, spectacular views, speed, and camaraderie… not a bad way to spend a Friday morning.

Lunch was at Café Mambo in Sant Antoni, right on the water. The group settled in, food and cold drinks were served, and we stayed far longer than planned. Someone put on music. Then someone started dancing. Then everyone did. An improvised party you only find in Ibiza.
In the evening, dinner at Patchwork: a short walk from the hotel, with views over the bay and a terrace built for a long evening. Great food, good wine, relaxed atmosphere. The neighbourhood made it easy to keep going after dinner. And we did!

04. Catamaran with BBQ: A Day on the Mediterranean
Saturday was the slowest day, but in a good way.
The group spent the day on a private catamaran, sailing between the Ibizan coast and Formentera. People swam in open water, dried off on deck, ate from the BBQ, and danced to the Ibiza beats.
Dinner that evening at La Paloma in Sant Llorenç, a garden restaurant in the countryside, about 20 minutes from Ibiza Town. The group ate outside at long wooden tables under fig trees and candlelight, and savoured local wines and Mediterranean food. A long way from the Ibiza most people know, and that was exactly the point.

05. Teambuilding Activity in Ibiza: Duck Rally
On the last morning, the group was split into teams and sent out on a Duck Rally: a competitive challenge that takes you across the island, solving clues and racing against the clock. Teams that had been colleagues all week suddenly became rivals. The laughter was real, the rivalry was real, and three days of sea and sun had clearly done something to team spirit.

The rally finished at Tropicana beach club in Cala Jondal, on the south coast. The group had paella with their feet in the sand and soaked in the last rays of sun before heading back to the airport.

06. Restaurants for Corporate Groups in Ibiza: How to Find the Right One?
Finding the right restaurant for a corporate group in Ibiza looks easy but isn’t. The food needs to be outstanding. The space needs to work for a group, with some degree of privacy. The restaurant must have experience with groups. The vibe must match the occasion. And ideally, the location is one where the evening can naturally continue.
Over the four days, Brainbridge dined at three very different spots. Each one was chosen for a specific reason, for a specific moment in the trip. That's the difference experience makes. We've been organising incentive and teambuilding trips to Ibiza for years, and we know which restaurant works for which group and which occasion.
07. Why Organise an Ibiza Incentive Trip for Your Belgian or Dutch Team?
Ibiza is one of the best destinations in Europe for a corporate incentive trip. The island packs extraordinary variety into a small space: coastline, beach clubs, countryside restaurants, water sports, culture, and nightlife — all within easy reach of each other.
For Belgian and Dutch companies in particular, Ibiza is a good choice: direct flights from Brussels, Charleroi, Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Amsterdam keep travel time short and logistics simple. And for Brainbridge, the return goes well beyond the experience itself:
* Connection: Colleagues get to know each other outside the work environment. Management and staff spend real time together, building the kind of trust that makes collaboration easier when everyone is back at their desks.
* Appreciation: People feel valued. They see that the company's success is also their success, and that has a direct effect on motivation, engagement, and loyalty.
* Employer branding: A trip like this gets talked about. On social media, at social gatherings, in job interviews... It's the kind of story that makes Brainbridge a place people want to work for and one that's hard for competitors to replicate.
08. What Brainbridge Said About Their Ibiza Company Trip
This is what Brainbridge posted on LinkedIn about their Ibiza incentive trip:
"Our team had an unforgettable experience bonding, brainstorming and strengthening connections in the vibrant and inspiring surroundings of Ibiza.
We achieved this through a packed agenda that included delicious food, a catamaran trip to Formentera, thrilling jet ski rides and even a genuine 2CV rally. Here's to the amazing experiences and the even tighter team we've become!
Of course, a big THANK YOU to our management team for making this adventure possible, as well as to Mark Meesen for ensuring the smooth flow of activities on-site."
